We offer free pick-up at around Yonge and Lawrence area in Toronto. We also offer delivery within the GTA for and additional $10. For shipping within Canada or beyond, please contact us for a quote. You can then let us know if you'd like to continue with your order.

Currently we only accept direct bank transfers. Once your have placed an order, you will be sent an email confirmation and the transfer details. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. Please DO NOT enter your credit card details on the website. Technically, you shouldn't be able to but I thought I'd just reiterate this, just in case!

While we wish that everyone on the planet can experience the deliciousness of our custom made to order bark, we understand not every may be able to enjoy it. If you would like to order a gluten-free version of our bark, please contact us directly to place your order. For our fans with nut allergies, you can place an order with no nuts as toppings which will make our prouduct nut-free! Barkin' Mad bark uses butter, which means that it is not vegan friendly.

Since every bark is made to order, we do not accept returns. But we are pretty sure that you're going to love it!

We aim to have your order made within 48 hours after we receive and confirm your order and ready for delivery within 24 hours after that. Delivery time will depend on Canada Post, or on the schedule agreed with the customer.
